Return & Refund Policy

  • If you have received the wrong item or can see that the rug has been damaged in transit, please REFUSE DELIVERY. If you sign for the order and it was damaged, you are releasing the carrier of any responsibility, which is a loss that we cannot fully refund.
  • If the carrier left a damaged rug or an incorrect item at your door, please contact us for a replacement or full refund. Please notify us immediately if there is an issue, however, we kindly request that we are notified of a problem no later than 7 business days after delivery.
  • Please note:Contact after more than 7 business days and deal with it according to the buyer's reason.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days after you receive them.
  • All items must be returned in the original unopened carton, unassembled and unused.
  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method providing tracking information.

Non-returnable items:

  • On sale items or gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Damage/Lost caused by customers is non-refundable.
  • Damaged original packaging cannot be returned.
  • Please note that the returned goods must be guaranteed not to affect the second sale.

General Return Process

  • Initiate a return: Please email us at support@booooom-jackson.com with photos and/or videos of the items and let us know your order number. Our customer service staff will determine the eligibility for your return request within 3 business days.
  • Ship the item back: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. (Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted,Also need to bear all shipping costs). We recommend that you send your return/exchange in a shipping method providing tracking information as well as a signature, because we will not be responsible for lost return/exchange.
  • Refund or exchange: when we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item in 3-5 working days and then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.
  • The order must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • We cannot take returns on promotional sale rugs.

Return Charge

  • If the return is due to our problems (such as: incorrect products, quality problems of products), we will provide a full refund for you,Seller pays for shipping;
  • If the customer feels that there is a problem with the quality, he should submit documents/pictures/videos to prove it(within 7 days), otherwise the product will be returned or exchanged according to the buyer's reason.
  • If there is no damage or defect to the rug, we will still accept a return. Your order must be unused, uncut, uninstalled and unaltered in any way. Your order must be returned in new condition. Installation or use of your order will constitute your acceptance "as is". The rug will be inspected for signs of use/damage before a refund is granted.
  • Pads can only be returned if they are unopened and still in the original packaging (unless there is a manufacturing defect).
  • If the product is returned due to the buyer's reasons, the customer shall bear the cost of the return.
  • If the product is returned due to the buyer's reason, the shipping fee required for the delivery of the product will be deducted from the refund. (Return amount = order amount - delivery logistics fee)
  • Please note that we do not charge any other restocking fees in addition.

Refunds

  • If the product is returned due to the buyer's reason, the shipping fee required for the delivery of the product will be deducted from the refund. (Return amount = order amount - delivery logistics fee)
  • Please note that we do not charge any other restocking fees in addition.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, the refund will be provided to the original method of payment within 2-3 working days.
  • If you haven’t received the refund within 2-3 working days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before a refund is official posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@booooom-jackson.com.

Please Note: we do not refund our original shipping cost.

Order Cancellations

  • If the order is not shipped, cancel the order within 24 hours and get a full refund.
  • If the order is not shipped, cancel the order after 24 hours, and a 15% production fee and operation fee will be charged.
  • Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.
