Shipping Policy

All of orders are fulfilled by our United States Warehouse.
It is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when the seller hands the order over to the delivery service.
Our warehouse & office operates on Monday – Friday, except on holidays.
Orders made on the weekends might experience delays.

All products are in the United States and can be shipped to all states.
Some products are in stock in Canada, the United Kingdom, Mexico, and French warehouses. For these customers, please contact customer service(support@booooom-jackson.com) before placing an order.

Customers in Puerto Rico can place an order, and the customer will contact again to confirm the address before delivery.
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time (depending on your location)
Ships Monday through Friday, weekends off.
Orders placed after 2pm(los angeles time) will be shipped the next day.

You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided.
Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update.

If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us and we will resolve this issue within 48 hours.

If your order is delayed, please contact us via email support@booooom-jackson.com, we will check the situation with the transportation company in time.

You could cancel/change your order up to 8 hours without any hustle after the order is placed.
Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.

It will be your responsibility to pay duties & taxes if and when asked to by your local authorities.
These duties & taxes are beyond our control as they are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country/location.
Normally, if your order price is under the threshold of import taxes, you may not be charged regarding the country’s customs policies.
